I had an experience building a similar one. Somehow is a bit hard for me figuring out how to do it for closed contours such as chamfered rectangles, circles or ellipses. It’s possible but a bit tricky.
This is extremely good for an introduction to façade design. I learned here how to establish a grid unit, the pattern module and the scale between boundaries. This one serves as a solid foundation for double skin facades.
