Apologies for my noob question, how may I model a minimal surface between 2 curves like you showed in the video, instead of it making the surface within the closed curve? (like the image in attachment)

In Fox grasshopper plugin you can use minimal surface from curves which is a convenient method to create a minimal surface from to curves.
