Michaela Crie Stone lives and works in Rockport, Maine, where she creates pieces that push the parameters of function by blurring the lines between art, craft, and design.
Nassia Inglessis is an artist and designer originally from Greece. Her sculpture, “Disobedience” was built over 9 months by her and a team of engineers.
The piece is 56 feet long, about 10 feet tall, and can expand up to 5 feet as it engulfs its visitors when they walk through it. She is the co-founder of Studio INI, an experimental design studio.
