Robotic Trimming

Recently we assisted RMIT’s Spacial Information Architecture Laboratory with some work to their prototype pods! All these uniquely shaped oculi are all formed with the same mould then individually robotically trimmed (SprutCAM Robot) following a mathematically calculated curve to precisely fit the sheet metal frame when distorted!
