Parametric Lampshade

In this Grasshopper Script, you can model a parametric lampshade by defining a series of horizontal and radial waffle sections.

Parametric Lampshade
Inputs
  • Tilt Angle : The tilt angle for the bottom of the lamp shade.
  • Bottom Rotation : The Rotation of the bottom of the lamp.
  • Body Lenght : Lenght of the lamp.
  • Body Radius : The radius of the lamp.
  • Body Thickness : The thickness of the lamp.
  • Wave Width : The width of the wave-form on the body.
  • Wave Height : The Height of the wave-form on the body.
  • Wave Type : The wave type which is 0 :none , 1: single wave , 2 : Double wave , 3 : Triple wave.
  • V Count : Waffle division in V direction.
  • U Count : Waffle division in U direction.
  • 4Waffles Thickness : The Thickness of the waffle parts.
